Why did I run out of daily quota?
Free users get 10 uses per day, registered users get 50. Quotas reset at midnight (Beijing time). Upgrade to VIP for unlimited access.
I can't log in to my account
Make sure you're using the same OAuth provider (Google, GitHub, etc.) you originally registered with. Clear your browser cookies and try again. If you're using the mobile app, make sure you have a stable internet connection.
The translation doesn't seem accurate
Our AI translation handles most common phrases well. For specialized terms, try providing more context. You can also switch between auto-detect, Chinese→Vietnamese, or Vietnamese→Chinese modes for better results.
Text-to-speech isn't working
TTS requires a stable internet connection. If the issue persists, try refreshing the page or restarting the app. On iOS, make sure your device isn't in silent mode.
How do I delete my account and data?
Visit our
Delete Account page. Log in to your account, type "DELETE" to confirm, and your account along with all associated data will be permanently removed.
How do I upgrade to VIP?
VIP subscriptions are coming soon. Currently, registered users enjoy generous quotas of 50 uses per day and 500 per month.
Can I use the app offline?
Some features like cached vocabulary cards and course content can be accessed offline. However, AI translation, chat conversations, and TTS require an internet connection.
